Live Animals: Customers seeking a refund for a live animal must contact us within 45 days and provide photographic evidence of the reptile’s health issues. Upon approval, arrangements will be made for the return of the reptile.


Refunds will not be issued for live animals if their health issues are a result of improper care or neglect on the part of the customer.

a. A restocking fee of $40 may be applied for reptiles returns to cover the costs associated with the care, inspection, and rehoming of the reptile.
